learning pathways
for healtcare assistants
project
LYRA is a European project aimed at innovating vocational education and training (VET) for healthcare assistants by developing multilingual training modules based on relational, digital, and intercultural skills. Through an interdisciplinary approach grounded in Health Humanities, the project promotes empathetic, person-centred education, integrating co-design activities, international mobility, and digital learning.
The project targets students and professionals enrolled in vocational training programmes for healthcare assistants and is based on an innovative model that combines applied health humanities, digital transformation in care, and interprofessional education, ensuring the co-creation of content and methods through collaborative processes.
